We provide support and advocacy to those who utilize our shelter services helping them through difficult and uncertain life transitions. Food and basic needs items are provided while staying in Safe Harbor's shelter. Protection order assistance and counseling among other things are also services offered at Safe Harbor. Read More

Shelter

Safe Harbor shelter is open and staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. The shelter is equipped with video cameras, and an alarm system that allow us direct contact to police dispatch. All client information that is shared with Safe Harbor staff is kept confidential. A year will have gone pass since everyone at Safe Harbor helped my daughter and I find the protection from her father who was molesting her. After a year of court, counselors, and nightmares, we were able to close that chapter in our life after our last day in court. Being able to join Take Back the Night in April is something that I feel we need to do and is also our way of saying “thank you” even though those words will never be enough gratitude for everything you at Safe Harbor have done for us.
